By downloading, accessing, or using Unhooked ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Unhooked is a self-tracking and motivational tool. It is not a medical device, and the health-timeline content in the app is general educational information, not medical advice. Unhooked is not a substitute for professional treatment, therapy, or medical care. If you are experiencing withdrawal symptoms, a medical emergency, or a mental health crisis, contact a licensed medical professional or emergency services immediately.

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

• Unhooked offers a free tier and paid Premium subscriptions (monthly and annual), billed through the Apple App Store and managed via RevenueCat.
• Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged for the plan you selected.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policies, as we do not process payments directly.

You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to reverse-engineer it, interfere with its normal operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Unhooked, its logo, and all app content are owned by us or our licensors. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond using the app as intended.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any specific health or behavioral outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
